**How to Start a Return
To begin your return, click HERE.
Customers must purchase insurance for their return shipment.
Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
Most approved returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a gift card. Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after your item is delivered to us, and you will receive an email notification once completed.
Return Condition Requirements
All returned items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be free of odors. (including sweat, perfume, smoke, mildew, or any unpleasant smell)
- Be free of stains, pet hair, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear.
- Items returned with strong odors, hygiene concerns, or signs of wear will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- Be returned in plain, opaque, non-branded packaging.Returns shipped in our translucent branded poly bags will not be accepted due to recurring theft during transit.
We reserve the right to delay or deny refunds until returned items are physically received and inspected, particularly in cases involving loss, theft, or credible concerns of fraud.

We are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.

Each return must include your packing slip or return invoice clearly indicating which items are being returned, along with a contact phone number. Missing information may cause delays.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
These must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Return Drop-Offs
We do not accept return drop-offs at our warehouse.
International Orders
Shipping costs do not include customs fees.
We are not responsible for any international duties, taxes, or customs charges.
Lost Packages
We are not liable for lost packages.

Exchange Policy
Due to fast-moving inventory, we do not offer online exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
Sale Items
All Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This includes items purchased with store credit.
Processing Time
Once your return arrives at EPTM, your store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Your bank may require additional time to reflect the credit.
Issues With Your Return
All returns are refunded via store credit.
We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment due to our limited, fast-moving inventory model.
Returned multiple orders in one package?
Please do not combine returns.
Grouping returns may cause delays or incorrect crediting.
If returns arrive through alternative delivery methods, our team will manually process them using best efforts to locate the correct order. Contact us with your order number if corrections are needed.
Received less credit than expected?
All returned garments are inspected for stains, holes, defects, odors, and wear.
If an item is not in returnable condition, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit amount.
Under Final Sale?
Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
