You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a EPTM gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Customers must purchase insurance on their returns, otherwise we are not liable for their missing return packages.
- All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice that clearly indicates which items are being returned. Please include your contact number. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience processing delays.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Return drop-offs are not accepted at our warehouse.
- We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.
Shipping Cost does not include custom fees.

Due to the rate at which items sell out, we do not offer online exchanges. If you need a different size or style please return the item you want to exchange and then place a new order for the item/size you would like instead.
How to Return Items
- Please fill out the RMA form (Click Here).
- EPTM offers free shipping on most orders so we do not cover return shipping.
- If (and only if) it is a defective merchandise, we will send you a return shipping label.
- We do not provide return labels if items don't fit.
- Customer must purchase insurance on their returns, otherwise we are not liable for their missing return packages.
- Orders for Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Final Sale items include purchases made by store credit.
When your package arrives at EPTM, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from EPTM.
I Have a Problem with My Return

- Due to the nature of our fast limited supply sourcing we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Returned multiple orders in 1 package?
- Please do not group your returns as it can cause major delays and incorrect crediting.
- For RETURNS via other delivery methods, we will need to process them manually. Our processing team will use best efforts to locate your order in order to issue proper credit. In case there is an error, please contact us with your order number so we can make corrections. Again, using our portal is encouraged to reduce time and reduce human error.
Received less credit than you expected?
- Upon receipt of your return our returns processing team inspects all garments for stains, holes, defects, and wear. If an item is identified as damaged, a 50% restocking fee will be reduced from your return amount.

No credit, no refund, or exchanges will be issued since this is the FINAL SALE.
