Free shipping on orders over $100. Flat rate $10 otherwise. Orders placed Friday through Sunday begin shipping the following Monday. Domestic free shipping via USPS typically takes 3 to 5 business days after fulfillment. International First Class takes 2 to 4 weeks. International Priority takes 1 to 2 weeks. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for international customs fees. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Note that tracking updates online one business day after shipment.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Most approved returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a gift card, processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and free of odors, stains, or signs of wear. Returns shipped in our branded poly bags will not be accepted. Each return must include your packing slip and a contact number.
We do not offer online exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return your item and place a new order. Please do not combine multiple orders in one return package.
All Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including items purchased with store credit. We are not liable for return packages lost or stolen in transit — customers must purchase insurance for return shipments.
